GPCR, licensee of radio stations KJIL & KHYM, is a religious broadcaster as definded by the regulations of the FCC. As such, the licensee has established religious qualifications for all employee positions at KJIL & KHYM. GPCR makes reasonable and good faith efforts to recruit applicants without regard to race, color, gender or national origin from among those who are qualified with respect to their religious beliefs, faith and practice. Outreach Initiatives Exercised

GPCR has conducted tours for various school groups to present broadcasting as a career choice.
CEO of GPRC has conducted fund raising seminars for other non-profit groups and lead seminars for job seekers at the Gospel Music Associations annual event.
Several staff members were sent to at least one professional development exercise, activity or conference each year.
The station has trained a high school intern in broadcasting skills.

    Vacancies Filled during Reporting Period
     
    KJIL/KHYM News Director, a key on-air position.Two phone interviews were conducted with one in person interview resulting from third party referal. This led to hiring. One phone interview was result of HisAir.net referal.
    KJIL/KHYM Production Director / KJIL afternoon host, a key on-air position.Five phone interviews were conducted with referals from R & R, PDAdvisor, HisAir.net and Christian Radio Weekly. Three in-person interviews were conducted resulting in a hire.
